Protégés assess developmental needs and plan development actions with an online development planner. Mentors and Protégés meet regularly to discuss development plans. The Mentor and HR Administrator track the Protégé's development actions against plans with via online feedback reporting. Protégés receive coaching and feedback monthly from mentors and create a plan for achieving success needed for the future, and linking career expansion to targeted improvements and developmental plans.
