Nancy L. Zentis, Ph.D.

Nancy Zentis, Ph.D., is the CEO of HR TalentPro, with over 25 years experience working with global organizations in the field of Talent Management.  Nancy developed Talent Management Strategies to support organization growth and achieve business goals for leading organizations.  Her background is in creating and implementing strategic solutions to align talent management with strategic goals, customer requirements, and organization sustainability.   She specializes recruitment strategies, mentoring programs, succession planning strategies, competency models, and leadership development 
Nancy holds a master's in Business Management and Human Resources and doctorate in Organizational Development. 
She is actively involved in many professional organizations and has held a variety of board positions with SFLODN, ASTD,  ISPI, V South Florida Compensation Association, SHRM, and  International Association of Facilitators.  She is a frequent key note speaker for many local and national  professional associations. 
Susan Gervasi
Ms. Susan M. Gervasi is a lead consultant with HRTalentPro, the consulting arm of the Institute of Organization Development.
Ms. Gervasi has extensive experience in Talent and Organizational Development in the areas of training design, development and delivery for large, mid-sized, and small global companies including Motorola and Sims Metal Management. In addition, she has proven successes in creating partnerships with businesses to promote change, develop current and future leaders, enhance employee performance, foster operational effectiveness, create corporate business schools, and develop trainer skills.
Her main areas of interest are integrated learning solutions (customized design, development, delivery, and applications), corporate business school startups, competency modeling & assessments, development planning, and leadership development and she has considerable experience in these areas.
Ms. Gervasi’s work has enabled her to stimulate growth in domestic and global regions through creation and implementation of creative processes and solutions tied to critical business initiatives. Currently, she is serving as the Vice President of Programs for the South Florida Organizational Development Network and works with businesses to implement Leadership Training, Competency Models and Assessments, Performance Management, Leadership Development, and Strategic Planning. 
Susan has a Master of Science degree in Specific Learning Disabilities and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Education. She also has the following certifications: Interaction Management, Situational Leadership, Team Leadership, Personify Leadership, Designing a Curriculum, Training Needs Analysis, Process Mapping, and Leadership Architect.

Martha Fowler
Martha Fowler serves as the president of HRTalentpro and lead consultant.  She is an expert in the field of Talent Management, providing solutions to integrate Talent Management Strategies with online software solutions.  She is an excellent project manager and is proficient as a change leader.   Martha holds a bachelor's degree in education and master's in instructional design. 
Patricia Dammann
Patricia Dammann's is a lead consultant with HRTalentpro whose area of expertise is in Leadership Development, Talent Management, Hiring and Selection, Performance Management, and Process Improvement and Change Management and Instructional Design. She is experienced working with clients to improve business/work processes and improve resource requirements, turn-around times, customer satisfaction, employee safety and operating costs. She is well know for her facilitation skills, and leads workshops in the areas of Communication, Creative Problem Solving, and Team Leadership. She's a certified IAF facilitator and an IAF Assessor and holds numerous other relevant certifications . Pat holds an MBA and Master's degree in Human Resource Management, and a Nursing Degree.
